These mango and raspberry healthy yogurt popsicles are the perfect sweet treat for those hot summer days. These homemade popsicles are made with only five simple ingredients and are refined sugar free and a totally natural and healthy treat. The mango and raspberry combo makes them extra special!

What makes these homemade pops extra fun is that you do not even need popsicle molds. They are made using 4 oz espresso cups that you tear off before eating. I ordered my espresso cups from Amazon – because Amazon is life!

Healthy Yogurt Popsicles Ingredients

You will need:

  • Mango
  • Raspberries
  • White Grape Juice
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Honey

Substitutions

Fruit: Feel free to swap out any fruit you like for the mango or raspberry. Raspberry/Strawberry and Mango/Orange are other yummy flavor combinations.

White Grape Juice: Can be swapped with any fruit juice. Apple is a good choice as well.

Greek Yogurt: I like plain greek yogurt but you can use any flavor yogurt you like. Vanilla would be great too.

Honey: Can be substituted with agave or maple syrup. You can use also leave the sweetener out if your yogurt is already sweetened or if your mango is extra sweet.

How to Make Your Own Mango and Raspberry Healthy Yogurt Popsicles

These raspberry and mango yogurt popsicles are so quick and easy to make!

  1. Make the raspberry purée by blending together raspberries, 1 tablespoon of white grape juice, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Set aside.
  2. Make the mango purée by blending together mango and 1 tablespoon of white grape juice. Set aside.
  3. Mix together the yogurt and 2 tablespoons of honey in a small bowl. Set aside.
  4.  Use a teaspoon to fill the espresso cups about 1/3 of the way with fruit purée, then 1/3 of the way with yogurt, and then top with fruit purée.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze well.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen/fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup chopped fresh/frozen mango
  • 4 tbsp white grape juice divided
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp honey divided

Instructions

  • Make the raspberry purée by blending together raspberries, 1 tablespoon of white grape juice, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Set aside.
  • Make the mango purée by blending together mango and 1 tablespoon of white grape juice. Set aside.
  • Mix together the yogurt and 2 tablespoons of honey in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • Use a teaspoon to fill the espresso cups about 1/3 of the way with fruit purée, then 1/3 of the way with yogurt, and then top with fruit purée.
  • Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight).
  • To serve, just tear off the espresso cup.

Notes

The teaspoon makes it easy (not messy) to fill the small espresso cups.
If you would like the yogurt to be more sweet than you can add more honey, 1 tbsp at a time.
