These protein-packed pumpkin bars combine pumpkin & chocolate flavors, making them the perfect Fall snack! With oatmeal, flaxseed, and protein, they will be your new to go-to for Fall

Ingredients Needed: 

pumpkin puree peanut butter avocado oil pumpkin pie spice cinnamon salt vanilla extract pure maple syrup oats ground flaxseed vanilla protein powder chocolate chips

Combine the pumpkin, nut butter, avocado oil, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, maple syrup, oats,  flaxseed, and protein powder and stir until combined.

Spread the pumpkin base into a loaf pan. and place in the fridge to chill

Pour melted chocolate chips over the pumpkin base and spread evenly.

Freeze to set and then cut into about 7 bars.
