- 1 Cup of Strawberries
- 1 Cup of Blueberries
- 1 Cup of Grapes
- 1 Cup of Blackberries
- 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered Swerve
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 4 Tablespoons Whipped Cream Cheese
- 1/2 of an Orange - juiced
Chop fruit into bite size pieces and add all fruit to a large bowl.
Make the greek yogurt dressing by whisking together the greek yogurt, powdered swerve, vanilla extract, whipped cream cheese, and the juice of half an orange.
Add dressing to the bowl of fruit, mix well, and enjoy!
- Do not mix the dressing with the fruit salad ahead of time. If you are preparing ahead of time then store the dressing in a separate container until just before serving.
- When combining your fruits with the yogurt, mix gently to avoid crushing the fruit, especially the berries. This helps to maintain the individual textures of each fruit.
- Double or triple this recipe for large gatherings.
