Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Strawberries
  • 1 Cup of Blueberries
  • 1 Cup of Grapes
  • 1 Cup of Blackberries
  • 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered Swerve
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tablespoons Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 of an Orange - juiced

Instructions

  • Chop fruit into bite size pieces and add all fruit to a large bowl.
  • Make the greek yogurt dressing by whisking together the greek yogurt, powdered swerve, vanilla extract, whipped cream cheese, and the juice of half an orange.
  • Add dressing to the bowl of fruit, mix well, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Do not mix the dressing with the fruit salad ahead of time. If you are preparing ahead of time then store the dressing in a separate container until just before serving.
  • When combining your fruits with the yogurt, mix gently to avoid crushing the fruit, especially the berries. This helps to maintain the individual textures of each fruit.
  • Double or triple this recipe for large gatherings.
