Paleo Banana Bread

Paleo Banana Bread. Gluten Free. Dairy Free. Refined Sugar Free.

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas ripe
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 and either grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper. 
  • Mash bananas and whisk in wet ingredients. 
  • Add dry ingredients and mix well. 
  • Add to greased loaf pan and cook for about 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in center of loaf.
