Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Dip

This peanut butter greek yogurt dip is high in protein, tastes amazing, and only takes about five minutes to whip up up with a handful of simple ingredients like peanut butter, greek yogurt, and honey.
You can also turn this dip into a peanut butter yogurt bowl by topping it with your favorite fresh fruit, nuts, and granola.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Using a whisk or silicone spatula, gently fold all of the ingredients together until combined.
  • Serve with apples, graham crackers, sweet pretzels, or cookies for dipping.

Notes

  1. I used Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter, which gave the dip a grainy texture. You can use any type of peanut butter that you prefer.
  2. Keeps fresh for about 5 days in the fridge when stored in an airtight container.
  3. Add a tablespoon of cocoa powder or 2 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips to dress up your yogurt dip.
