- ½ cup coconut flour
- 2 scoops Orgain vanilla protein powder or preferred
- 4 Tbsp smooth almond butter
- 5-6 Tbsp honey this will depend on how much liquid is in your almond butter. If it is super runny, then use less honey.
- ½ tsp peppermint extract
- 6 peppermint candies
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend.
Roll the mixture into small balls.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. ENJOY!
