Healthy Banana Brownies

These Healthy Flourless Banana Brownies are simply the best. They are quick and easy to make. Made with only healthy stuff and absolutely no flour they are the perfect healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  • Lightly grease a 1.5 qt casserole dish.
  • Blend the bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, almond milk, vegan chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and honey for 1-2 minutes until thoroughly combined.
  • Add the baking soda and pulse until mixed in.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared casserole dish.
  • Bake for about 25-30, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let it cool for at least 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
