Ground Turkey  Rice Bowl

These Ground Turkey Rice Bowls are made with teriyaki ground turkey, rice, and veggies.  They are super easy to make and will quickly become your go-to weeknight dinner.

Ingredients Needed: 

olive oil ground turkey onion  garlic clove bell pepper  carrots  teriyaki sauce coconut aminos ground ginger sea salt rice  sesame seeds green onions

Brown ground turkey tin a large skillet. .

Add diced onion, minced garlic, ground ginger, shredded carrots, and chopped bell peppers and cook until vegetables are soft.

Add a pinch of sea salt, teriyaki aminos, and coconut aminos and mix well.

 Add cooked rice to  4 bowls and top with the teriyaki turkey mixture.
