Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen dragonfruit
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 8 oz milk can use coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Pour the milk into the blender.
  • Add the frozen dragonfruit and frozen pineapple.
  • Add the honey and blend well until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve topped with one piece of pineapple and one piece of dragonfruit, if desired.

Notes

Best enjoyed right away, since smoothies separate and lose their texture in the fridge.
If you need to store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day and give it a good shake or quick re-blend before drinking.
To make ahead, freeze the dragonfruit and pineapple together in a bag so it's ready to dump straight into the blender.
Double or triple the recipe directly in the blender if you're making it for more than one person.
