Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked chicken shredded
  • 8 oz. ⅓ fat cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 oz. ranch seasoning mix half a standard packet
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt nonfat
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with the hot wing sauce to your desired spiciness.
  • Add the softened ⅓ fat cream cheese and half a packet of ranch seasoning mix, stirring until well blended.
  • Fold in the Greek Yogurt until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it is well incorporated into the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is thoroughly heated and the cheese is melted and bubbly on top.
  • Serve warm with your choice of dippers, such as vegetables, crackers, or bread.

Notes

Make the dip ahead of time and bake it when you're ready to eat. Add an extra 5 minutes of baking time.
