Ranch chicken

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 7 oz. mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup fried bacon
  • Salt pepper to taste.

Instructions

  • Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 400° F. Brush the chicken fillets and shape into a rectangle. Use the cut corners for other dishes. Salt and pepper the fillets moderately. Take into account the salty flavors of the sauce, cheese and bacon.
  • Prepare the mold, grease it with olive oil. Lay out the fillets. The pieces should barely touch each other. Cover the fillets with the sauce.
  • Cut the mozzarella into slices or grate it coarsely. Layer the mozzarella on top of the sauce. Cover the mold with foil and bake the chicken in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the mold from the oven, place the bacon pieces on the melted cheese and bake without the foil for another 10 minutes. During this time the chicken will brown, the sauce will evaporate and become thick and appetizing.

Notes

Transfer the chicken to a plate to serve along with the gravy, sprinkle with chopped herbs and further garnish with the sauce. Chicken Ranch can be served with a side dish of vegetables, rice or noodles. Bon appetite!
