Servings: 1 smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen tropical fruit banana, peach, mango, and pineapple
  • 1 slice pineapple for topping
  • 1 strawberry for topping
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 8 oz milk can substitute coconut milk or oat milk

Instructions

  • Pour the milk into the blender.
  • Add the frozen tropical fruit and honey to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and top with a slice of pineapple and a strawberry.

Notes

Best enjoyed right away, while it is cold and thick.
If it separates or thickens too much in the fridge, give it a quick re-blend or stir before drinking.
For a thinner smoothie, add a splash more milk before blending.
For easy meal prep, freeze pre-portioned bags of the fruit mix so you can blend one serving at a time.
