Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey lunch meat
  • 3 slices avocado
  • 3 slices red onion
  • 3 slices cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 English muffin

Instructions

  • Toast the English muffin until lightly golden.
  • Spread the mayonnaise on the inside of both halves.
  • Layer the turkey onto the bottom half of the muffin.
  • Top with the avocado, red onion, and cucumber slices.
  • Place the top half of the muffin on the sandwich.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Whole wheat or multigrain English muffins work well in this recipe.
Add cheese or a fried egg for additional protein.
Best served immediately after assembling.
