Servings: 1 sandwich
- 4 slices turkey lunch meat
- 3 slices avocado
- 3 slices red onion
- 3 slices cucumber
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 English muffin
Toast the English muffin until lightly golden.
Spread the mayonnaise on the inside of both halves.
Layer the turkey onto the bottom half of the muffin.
Top with the avocado, red onion, and cucumber slices.
Place the top half of the muffin on the sandwich.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
Whole wheat or multigrain English muffins work well in this recipe.
Add cheese or a fried egg for additional protein.
Best served immediately after assembling.
