Large Tub
- 32 Ounce Container of Plain Greek Yogurt e.g., Chobani
- 6-12 Biscoff Cookies
Single Serving
- 5.3 Ounce Cup of Plain Yogurt e.g., Chobani
- 3 Biscoff Cookies
For the Large Tub:
Open the yogurt tub, keeping the foil covering partially attached.
Press 6 Biscoff cookies in a row directly into the yogurt. Push them down until only the very top is visible. Focus on filling the major empty spaces, as perfection is not necessary.
Optional Layering: For full cookie coverage from top to bottom, remove half of the yogurt, add one layer of 6 cookies, replace the removed yogurt, and then add another layer of 6 cookies on top.
Cover the tub well and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
For the Single Serving:
Open the yogurt cup, but leave the foil lid attached.
Break 3 Biscoff cookies in half. Press the jagged edge of each half into the yogurt until only the tip of the cookie is popping out.
Cover well and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
- Storage: Store, properly covered, in the fridge for up to 4 days. Do not freeze.
- Liquid Separation: Little bits of liquid (whey) may pool on top of the yogurt after a day or so; this is normal. Simply mix it in or pour it off, based on your preference.
- Cookie Placement (Large Tub): The cookies may not reach the bottom of the large tub, which is why some prefer the two-layer approach. Biscoff XL cookies are also an option to ensure better depth.
- Yogurt Flavor: While the recipe use plain, vanilla and cheesecake-flavored Greek yogurts are highly recommended for the best taste. Choose your favorite Greek yogurt!
- Cookie Alternatives: Don't limit yourself to Biscoff! Any cookie that can soak up moisture will work and taste great, such as Oreos, graham crackers, shortbread, and even Belvita breakfast cookies.
- Covering: The original foil acts as a good barrier for storage, but always place an additional covering over it for the best results.
