Healthy Chicken Lettuce Wraps (P.F. Chang's Copycat)
Inspired by the famous PF Changs lettuce wraps; these Healthy Chicken Lettuce Wraps are an easy and quick low carb lunch or dinner recipe.

- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 pound chicken ground
- 2 tbsp garlic minced
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp freshly grated ginger or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp Sriracha optional
- green onions to garnish
- butter lettuce leaves to serve
Heat avocado or olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken andcook until browned, about 3-5 minutes. Once cooked through, drain the excess fat. Stir in the garlic, onion, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger and Sriracha until the onions are golden brown, for 4 more minutes.
Serve with butter lettuce, a sprinkle of green onions, and sesame seeds (optional)
- To save time use frozen pre-chopped onions. You can find these in the freezer section by the rest of the veggies .
- If you want a sturdier base for your lettuce wraps, butter lettuce and Boston lettuce are the best options. You can also use mini romaine heart leaves, leafy romaine, or even iceberg lettuce.
- Consider serving your lettuce wraps with a dipping sauce, such as a peanut sauce or hoisin sauce, for an extra burst of flavor
