Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 oz salmon or 2 fillets
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1.5 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp green onion chopped

Instructions

  • Make the bang bang sauce by mixing the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  • Season the salmon with the onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Rub with half of the prepared sauce and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Place the salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Plate the salmon, drizzle with the remaining sauce, and garnish with the green onion. Serve with rice if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

Adjust spice levels by adding more or less sriracha.
The salmon should flake easily with a fork and have an internal temperature of 145°F when done.
For easy cleanup, line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
