Ingredients

Wrap Filling

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas (use burrito-sized for easier wrapping)
  • 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c yellow onion, diced (divided into ½ cup portions)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/2 c dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 c lettuce, shredded

Healthy Big Mac Sauce

  • 1/2 c Greek yogurt, plain nonfat
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp minced dried onion
  • 3 tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, ketchup, Dijon mustard, dried onion, dill pickle relish, garlic powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a skillet, combine the ground beef, ½ cup diced onions, garlic powder, paprika, and ground mustard. Cook over medium-high heat until the beef is no longer pink and onions are translucent. Drain any excess fat.
  • On each flour tortilla, layer the following: start with ½ cup of shredded lettuce, then add a layer of ½ cup sliced dill pickles. Add the cooked beef and onion mixture, followed by the remaining ½ cup of diced onions.
  • Sprinkle ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top. Drizzle a generous amount of the prepared Big Mac sauce over the ingredients.
  • Fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the fillings, then fold in the sides and continue rolling until the wrap is closed and the fillings are securely enclosed.
  • Cut the wrap in half if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

When filling the wraps, if you prefer more or less cheese, pickles, lettuce, etc. you can easily customize the amount of those fillings you add to the wrap.
Add bacon, diced tomatoes, BBQ sauce, or your favorite sandwich toppings into the wrap.
