What You’ll Love About This Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
You’ll need the following ingredients to make these Big Mac flavored wraps:

Ingredient Notes
Ground Beef: Lean ground beef is preferred. It’s not as greasy and helps you make a healthier wrap.
Pickles & Relish: Dill pickles are used in the wrap just like the sandwich while the relish is used to make the homemade Big Mac sauce for the wraps.
Greek Yogurt: A healthy base the Big Mac sauce starts with. The Greek yogurt gives it that healthy spin and extra flavor.
Large Flour Tortillas: To assemble the Big Mac wraps. I recommend using burrito-sized wraps for easier wrapping.
See the recipe card for full information on ingredients and quantities.
Recipe Variations
Add bacon, diced tomatoes, BBQ sauce, or your favorite sandwich toppings into the wrap.
Instead of making them into wraps, you can leave the wraps unfolded and enjoy them as a taco!
The homemade sauce is amazing but if you don’t have time to prep the sauce, you can use thousand island dressing. It won’t be quite the same but it will still taste delicious.
Instead of using pickles in the wraps, you can use more relish.

Here are quick visual instructions. Be sure to check out the full instructions with exact ingredients in the printable recipe card below.

Step 1: In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, ketchup, Dijon mustard, dried onion, dill pickle relish, garlic powder, and salt. Set aside. In a skillet, combine the ground beef, ½ cup diced onions, garlic powder, paprika, and ground mustard. Cook over medium-high heat until the beef is no longer pink and onions are translucent. Drain any excess fat.

Step 2: On each flour tortilla, layer the following: start with ½ cup of shredded lettuce, then add a layer of ½ cup sliced dill pickles. Add the cooked beef and onion mixture, followed by the remaining ½ cup of diced onions.

Step 3: Sprinkle ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top. Drizzle a generous amount of the prepared Big Mac sauce over the ingredients.

Step 4: Fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the fillings, then fold in the sides and continue rolling until the wrap is closed and the fillings are securely enclosed. Cut the wrap in half if desired, and serve immediately.
Recipe Tips and Tricks
Use lean meat so there’s not much grease to drain after cooking.
You can use smaller taco sized tortillas without as much filling if you want to make smaller portion sized wraps.
When filling the wraps, if you prefer more or less cheese, pickles, lettuce, etc. you can easily customize the amount of those fillings you add to the wrap.
Make the homemade Big Mac sauce ahead of time for even easier prep. The sauce can even be used for Big Mac bowls, a Big Mac casserole, Big Mac sliders, or Big Mac quesadillas.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. I don’t recommend freezing the Big Mac wraps. The lettuce will lose its crunch and the filling inside will not be as tasty.
You can store them for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. I recommend prepping everything ahead of time and assembling when you’re ready to eat. As the lettuce sits in the fridge it will wilt and won’t be as crispy.

You can, but it won’t taste as delicious. While thousand island dressing has similar flavors, the wraps are more flavorful with the homemade sauce.
