- 1 large pineapple
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoons coconut oil

Peel the pineapple and remove the core. Slice the pineapple into rounds.
Microwave Method: Place chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Double Boiler Method: Fill a pot with a couple of inches of water and bring to a simmer. Place a heatproof bowl on top of the pot, ensuring the bottom does not touch the water. Add chocolate and coconut oil to the bowl, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
