Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup granola your favorite kind

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir the Greek vanilla yogurt until smooth.
  • Using a spoon, drop 2-3 tablespoon dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  • On each yogurt dollop, evenly distribute the blueberries, sliced strawberries, and a sprinkle of granola.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-4 hours, or until the yogurt is fully frozen and firm.
  • Once frozen solid, remove the bites from the baking sheet and enjoy immediately, or transfer to an airtight container or freezer bag for storage.

Notes

Store in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 2 weeks.
Let the bites sit at room temperature for a minute or two before eating if they're too firm to bite into right away.
These are great for meal-prepped snacks — portion them out in advance so they're grab-and-go.
At roughly 67 calories per serving, these make an easy lighter snack option.
