Ingredients

  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 12 slices ham thin sliced
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • 4 wedges of Laughing Cow cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey mustard

Instructions

Traditional Wrap Method

  • Lay out each tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface.
  • SpEvenly spread 1 wedge of Laughing Cow cheese on each tortilla.
  • Drizzle or spread the honey mustard evenly over the cheese on each tortilla.
  • Place 3 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each tortilla.
  • Tightly roll each tortilla into a wrap. Slice in half diagonally and serve.

Air-Fried Pinwheels Method

  • Follow steps 1 to 5 from the Traditional Wrap Method.
  • After adding all your ingredients, roll the tortilla as tightly as possible.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into approximately 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Place the pinwheels in the basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching to allow for even cooking.
  • Air-fry the pinwheels for 4-6 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. You might need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Remove the pinwheels from the air fryer, let them cool slightly, and then serve with additional honey mustard for dipping if desired.

Notes

In the air-fried pinwheels method, make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket. This ensures each piece gets crispy and golden.
If making a large batch of pinwheels, cook in batches.
Be sure to place the hame and cheese down the middle of the tortilla to ensure an even roll.
For slicing, use a serrated knife to ensure smooth, clean cuts through the ham and cheese roll-ups.
