High Protein Nacho Dip

This High Protein Nacho Dip is a quick no-cook appetizer made with Greek yogurt, cream cheese, taco seasoning, salsa, cheddar cheese, and green onions.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 15 oz. jar salsa
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup green onion sliced

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and taco seasoning until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture into the bottom of a serving dish or bowl.
  • Smooth evenly to the edges of the dish.
  • Layer the salsa evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onions.
  • Serve with your favorite chips or vegetables.

Notes

Allow the cream cheese to soften before mixing for the smoothest texture.
This dip can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated until serving.
