- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder or Cookies & Cream flavor if you prefer
- 2 Oreo Thins
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes adjust to your preference for consistency
- 2 tsp dark cocoa powder
- ¼ cup vanilla greek yogurt
Add the milk, vanilla Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, cocoa powder, and ice cubes to a blender.
Blend these ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Ensure there are no large ice chunks.
After the base is well-blended, add the 2 Oreo Thins to the blender. Pulse the blender briefly to incorporate the Oreos into the shake. The goal is to have small chunks of Oreo throughout the shake, not to completely pulverize them
Pour the shake into a glass. Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of crushed Oreos, whipped cream, and chocolate syrup.
Switch the vanilla protein powder with chocolate for a rich, chocolaty version of this shake.
