  • Light on calories but big on flavor—yes, you can have it all!
  • Thick, creamy texture that feels just like a milkshake.

Recipe Ingredients

You’ll need the following ingredients to make this protein oreo shake:

Ingredients for a delicious protein shake are laid out on a marble surface: Oreo thins, vanilla Greek yogurt, dark cocoa powder, vanilla protein powder, milk, ice cubes. Finish your drink with colorful striped straws beside a neatly folded cloth napkin.

Ingredients Notes

Vanilla Protein Powder: The protein powder is the main ingredient of protein in this shake. Use your favorite protein powder!

Oreo Thins: The Thins offer a good balance of Oreo flavor without overwhelming the shake with crunchiness. If you’re using regular Oreos, break them into smaller pieces for better blending.

Milk: You can also choose any milk but my favorite is Fairlife Ultra Filtered Milk because it has extra protein. Coconut milk, skim milk, or almond milk all work too!

Dark cocoa powder: I use Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa Powder.
