- 3 cups rolled oats
- salt pinch
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until evenly combined.
Place the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.
Remove from the fridge and roll into 1 to 2 tablespoon balls. The mixture should yield 18 to 20 protein bites.
Can be stored for up to 1 week in the fridge in an airtight container.
You can substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
