If you have been reading my blog for a while you know that I love incorporating HIIT workouts into my routine. HIIT aka High Intensity Interval Training is great because you get a lot of bang for your buck.

If you are not familiar with HIIT – it is a workout routine where you alternate between working out for a short period time (typically between 20-45 seconds) and then resting for a short period of time.

This technique allows your body to keep burning fat even after are done with your workout.

I love the idea of adding resistance bands to your HIIT workout. It is a great way to work your muscles even more and switch things up from a typical HIIT workout.
