How do you make a keto berry parfait?
These keto berry parfaits are made from only a few simple ingredients!
- Keto Pound Cake – I use this keto pound cake recipe from ruled.me.
- Fresh Strawberries
- Fresh Blueberries
- Whipped Topping – You can use store-bought whipped topping but it is SO easy to make your own. Make sure you add Swerve Confectioners to sweeten it up. I get mine on Amazon and use it ALL the time.
To assemble the parfaits you will need clear cups or glasses. I found these 9 oz cups at Walmart and I loved the idea of using disposable so you can bring them to a picnic and throw them out after.
Stemless wine glasses or even mason jars would work great as well if you are serving these at home.
